Region II Presentation Priority Deadline: July 31, 2017

Priority Deadline: Monday, July 31st
The Program Committee will begin reviewing presentation proposals in early August. Up to 75% of the available presentation times may be awarded to presentations submitted by the Priority Deadline. Presenters will be notified of the status of their proposal (approved or wait list) in mid-August.
Final Deadline: Thursday, August 31st
The final deadline for any presentation proposal submissions is Thursday, August 31st. The Program Committee will review the remaining proposals and complete the Conference Program. Any wait-listed proposals (from July 31st submissions) and new submissions will be considered for the remaining available presentation times.
Conference Information
Join over 500 collegiate recreation professionals and students from throughout the Southeast in beautiful Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida this October for the 2017 NIRSA Region II Conference. Preconference activities, including the Student Lead-On, get underway on the morning of Monday, October 16th with the main conference and expo starting in the afternoon. Conference sessions continue Tuesday, October 17th, and conclude at lunch on Wednesday, October 18th.
